Our methods – appropriate for absolute beginners or pianists in the higher grades, we prepare and support the reading of music and build technical skill. We encourage you to delight in the simplicity of good teaching.

We will always encourage students to compete in eisteddfods and take examinations – even if only for the motivational aspects and for a heightened sense of reward. But no pressure – some people prefer to keep their abilities private, and that’s fine too!

The move to online lessons has been seamless. Anne provides theory worksheets for piano and accompanying music for singing in advance, so we have a clear sight of what is coming up. The video calls mirror the face to face experience and are also easier to fit into a busy family schedule without the travelling! Our daughter has continued her progress and looks forward to every second of the lessons.
